Use the App to harass, intimidate, or impersonate others
Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
Use any automated means to access the App

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Cupid Musings Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without the prior written consent of Cupid Musings Private Limited.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Cupid Musings Private Limited DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Cupid Musings Private Limited BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupid Musings Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts in Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters connected with these Terms and Your use of the website.

12. Changes to these Terms

Cupid Musings Private Limited reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
